Trevor Sands is a professional educator passionate about teaching music and dedicated to helping students to hone their talents and abilities to create something larger than themselves. His teaching philosophy includes helping students understand why music is labeled as a 'humanity' and what that really means in today's world. It also includes preparing students to be adaptive and creative when it comes to problem-solving, and creating a life-long appreciation for music with the tools necessary to continue learning and creating music in the 21st century.
